Never book any Trip with this company ,They charge...

Never book any Trip with this company ,They charged us for 4Star hotel Gir Travel Lodge in Sasangir which was completely disappointing and not even 1 star category . Our tent had patches everywhere ,A/C Not working , No Mineral water .We checked in at 12 midnight and checked out at 7.30 in the morning ,When I called Mr.Sagar for complaint he was very Rude and blaming us for not informing him during the stay and was expecting us to call him at 12 midnight which was not possible .
