I have mixed feelings about Sigmaplus srl. The website sigmaplus.com.do has a user-friendly interface and their products are of decent quality. However, I was not satisfied with their customer service. The representatives were not very helpful and it took a long time to get a response. I expected better support from a company of their reputation. I might consider exploring other options in the future.
