I was going to put the 4th star but I considered the telephone booking system as part of the service. And this is really bad.
The automatic registration begins with Fuer Elise who after 13 min. waiting I started to hate. Imagine after the other 11 min. later. I called just at 10.01 x being the 1st and I had satisfaction at 10.25 because "precedence to people who are in line".

For the rest, nice theater, good acoustics, helpful staff and a valid billboard. From 20 January to 20 February I will have witnessed three very different shows. There is something for everyone!
