I had an overall average experience with Excellent cork sl. The quality of their cork products was decent, but nothing exceptional. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service could use some improvement. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed to lack knowledge about their own products. The shipping was prompt, though, which was a plus. Overall, I would rate Excellent cork sl as average.
