As a customer of Circle Oaks Homes Association, I have been consistently disappointed with their services. The management is unresponsive, and the overall maintenance of the community is below average. I have submitted multiple requests for repairs, but they have been ignored or responded to with delays. It's frustrating to pay for a service and not receive the level of care and attention promised. I would not recommend Circle Oaks Homes Association to others.
