I recently had to arrange a funeral for a loved one and I chose The Central Funeral Home. I must say that I was somewhat disappointed with their service. The staff seemed to lack empathy and compassion, which made a difficult situation even harder. The funeral arrangements themselves were adequate, but I feel that more could have been done to make the experience more comforting. Overall, it was an average experience.
