I have been a customer of Planpilot for a few year...

I have been a customer of Planpilot for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and their customer support is helpful, but there is nothing extraordinary about their offerings. The pricing is competitive, but there are other companies out there with better rates. Overall, Planpilot gets the job done, but I wouldn't say they are great.
