I had an average experience shopping at Munster. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service could have been better. I had some issues with my order, but they were eventually resolved. The products are of decent quality, but not exceptional. Overall, I would consider shopping at Munster again, but improvements in customer service would be appreciated.
