My experience with Journey was a bit disappointing at first, but it turned out to be better than expected. The customer service was not very helpful initially, but they quickly resolved the issue and provided a satisfactory solution. The trip itself was enjoyable and I had a great time exploring new places. Overall, I would rate Journey as good and would consider traveling with them again.
