The self-defense classes at React Defense have been life-changing for me. I joined with no prior experience and was immediately welcomed by the instructors and other students. The training is intense, but the instructors give clear and patient instruction, ensuring everyone understands the techniques. The workouts are challenging but highly effective, and I can already see improvement in my fitness level and self-defense skills. React Defense provides a supportive and motivating environment to learn and grow. I am grateful for this opportunity and highly recommend React Defense!
