Rude! I was sent a letter to call regarding an app...

Rude! I was sent a letter to call regarding an appeal. No names of contact was in this letter, no doctor s name, nor any dates of service...just a request to call about needing updated insurance information.
When I did call, the receptionist, Sadie, was very rude. I explained the letter I received and when I couldn t give her a name of a doctor she mouths off MA AM! We have over 20 doctors here!!!
Excuse me?? They sent the letter.
I guess they don t want the money that badly.
