I had a mixed experience with Wilcom America. Overall, their products are of good quality and their customer service is exceptional. However, I did encounter a few issues with the delivery process which caused some inconvenience. The company promptly resolved the issues, but it did leave a negative impression. Despite the hiccups, I would still recommend Wilcom America for their reliable products and excellent customer support.
