I recently booked a trip with Flamingo Travel and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I wasn't impressed with the customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I expected better from Flamingo Travel.
