If you're rude or unprofessional please apply for a job at the front desk at Elements! Jenn, the manager, could not be less accommodating and Kathleen needs lots and lots more training in how to deal with customers. Twice now my appointment was cancelled one hour before its scheduled time. How disappointing to be dealing with such unprofessional and uncaring people. In their mission statement their objective is "to promote greater health and wellness" instead they promote stress and anxiety. Very, very disappointed - I'm sorry I recommended them to friends and family. Still waiting to hear from Kevin Knapp.
