I have been using Naviera Armás for several years now and I must say that their service is average. They have both positive and negative points. On the positive side, their ships are well-maintained and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, their prices are a bit on the higher side compared to other companies in the market. Also, sometimes the departure and arrival times can be delayed. Overall, I would rate Naviera Armás as an average company.
