The staff are usually rude and even though they are supposed to close at 7pm every night if you get there any later than 6:45 pm they won't let in. A couple of weeks ago I rushed down from the Bronx and got there at 6:55pm and they were bring the gate down. I ended up going to the pharmacy next and bought yunnan baiyao for 25% less. So in the end they did me a favor by being so rude.
