I used the services of Alpha Metal Finishing for a metal plating project, and while the end result was satisfactory, I had a few minor issues along the way. The customer service was average, and the communication could have been better. However, the quality of the finished product was decent, and the pricing was reasonable. Overall, an okay experience.
