I had my first experience of PK Sushi with a co-worker who offered me a piece. It was delicious and I was sold! I ordered pickup with my SO and we were thoroughly impressed. Our order was ready promptly and we were greeted with a smile at the door.

We decided on the PK 2, Rocklin 1 and Jack Special. The PK 2 was decadent, rich and the perfect compliment to the Rocklin 1 and Jack Special. The Rocklin 1, milder in flavor, was incredibly easy to finish a roll of. Now, as for the Jack Special... just fantastic and truly the star of the meal. It felt like an evolution of the Rocklin 1. The contrast of the deep-fried shrimp against the rest of the roll was a textural delight. The spicy tuna added just the right amount of heat. I've been craving it since! I regret not taking some photos because the rolls were gorgeous.
