I have been a resident at Mantecas Walnut Place Condominium Association for over a year now, and overall, I would rate it as average. The management is helpful, and the maintenance team promptly addresses any issues. However, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and community events. It would be great to see more initiatives for fostering a sense of community.
