i bought a brand new car on June 17 2017 from sun Toyota, my sales person was Monica, she was good at communicating, they gave me best price, so here is the problem , Monica suppose to put my window sticker in my glove compartment , but she forgot. so called next day and requested for new one , she said she has to order new one, and after that no communication for more than 2 weeks , so I called her few times , send her emails few time , understand they are pretty busy dealership, but it has been little over a month, now i called her on last Friday which was 7/21/17 she said she has to check back with her inventory manager to see if they have received it ??? so i told her ok ill check back with you after few days but i have not heard any thing. so i don't understand when you need a business from customer you guys call like more then 20times and send emails more than 20 times but after the deal gets done no after customer service ???
seriously??? this is what makes me upset. i was interested in buying 2018 Camry from them but guess what now ?? no more. this is crazy situation.
My question is there really a more than a month waiting time just for window sticker ??? in fact sales person should have left in my car the day I bought it ?? I do expect some respond from higher management
I still need my window sticker.
