I went into this dealership thinking that they were like all the other dealerships but I was surprising wrong. Jay London was my sales associate and he treated me like royalty. He treated me with respect, was very knowledgeable, he knew which car I was interested in and didn t try to get me to test drive a car that was immediately available; without question he went and had the car pulled up for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, had all the answers to every question I asked, he never once tried to sale me a different car model, he worked really hard to negotiate a deal that I felt comfortable with, he never made me feel rushed despite it being past closing time, and he got me in and out of the dealership in record time. He made the entire buying process smooth and easy so that when I finally got to drive my car off the sales lot I was very excited and happy. He has even called to follow-up with me to see if I have any questions and ask how I am liking the car. Jay goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are treated well, are taken care of, and are happy with their purchase. Plus, I have strangers walk up to me in parking lots all the time and compliment me on my car and it is all thanks to Jay and Sun Toyota. Thank you so much!
