Just purchased a 2018 Toyota C-HR from Sun Toyota, and my entire experience was outstanding. Before I even visited the showroom, all of the communications I had were courteous and detailed. Once I arrived at the showroom, Michael Elgawly, assisted me. He was the epitome of the perfect salesperson: professional; courteous; personable; knowledgeable; listened to my wants, needs, and concerns; transparent; efficient; informative. Need I say more?! Once I met with my finance person, Courtney, the process continued to cruise along at a wonderful pace. He, too, was phenomenal. I was thrilled at how efficiently & clearly information was presented to me, and every question or concern was acknowledged and addressed. Bottom line: I got fair value for my trade-in, an outstanding new vehicle at a price that stayed within my requested price point, and drove away just a few hours later in the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend Sun Toyota, and can t speak highly enough of the people who worked with me to make it a delightful experience.
