I recently used their services for a cross-country delivery. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, the tracking system was not up to date, and I had to call customer service multiple times to get accurate information on the shipment. 🚚 Although the delivery arrived on time, the packaging was damaged. Overall, it was an average experience. The company needs to work on improving their tracking system and ensuring the safety of the packages. If these issues are addressed, it could greatly enhance the customer experience.
