As a customer, I found the range of hats offered by this company to be diverse and unique. The quality of the hats is good, and they are stylish and well-crafted. However, I did encounter some issues with the ordering process on the website; it was not as user-friendly as I would have liked. Additionally, I found the shipping time to be a bit longer than expected. Although the customer service was responsive when I contacted them with my concerns, the overall experience was just average.
