I recently visited Lexus of Lakeridge and had a mixed experience. The sales team was very attentive and knowledgeable, but the waiting area was quite crowded. It was hard to find a comfortable spot to sit while waiting for my car to be serviced. Overall, the service itself was good, but the waiting experience could have been better.
