Horrible experience. Paid extra for a terrace room...

Horrible experience. Paid extra for a terrace room that was dirty and broken down. The manager was pointedly rude (to us AND the employees). One star is for those employees. The front desk staff was very apologetic during the several situations that occurred (and seemed almost EMBARRASSED by their "boss") and the housekeeping members we encountered tried their best despite the uncaring and uninformative manager. We visit the city a bunch, and try to experience different hotels. We definitely won't ever return or recommend this hotel.
