This is my first time interacting with the "reemployment assistance" system. I understand the system is overwhelmed right now but this has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. The claim I filed a month ago is still pending. You're lucky if you get anyone on the phone. The website is confusing and not at all user friendly. (They have a button for FAQ but the document has been moved or deleted). You can't reset your PIN online. You have to call but when you do the system tells you to send them an e-mail. The only way to get in contact with them is to fill out a form online and it takes days to get a response. Their website and process needs a big overhaul.
