Why the GENERAL COUNCIL ILE DE FRANCE A T'il prohibits pharmacists from selling surgical masks (even on prescription) when it will be mandatory from May 11 also why the vulnerable do not automatically have masks to go do care they need while so many surgical masks are distributed around the stations for people who work (which is normal)
