I guess there's a first time for everything. Today I had my first ever cc dispute, it was for this hotel. Be mindful of the room they put you in, because there is an EXTREMELY LOUD train that goes by multiple times a night/early morning. It is so loud and close by certain rooms LITERALLY shake.
Unless you would like to move your own car every few hours, be prepared to pay daily for their valet.
Even though they give you a free croissant and coffee be mindful that the tiny bags of chips in the lobby are not free, regardless of you're spending $100 or $1,500.
The walls are super thin, not their fault-it's just an old building.
Do not expect this hotel to do the right thing for a guest because they're in the hospitality industry.
Business comes first to them.
