I recently switched to a new bank and chose IIB due to their strong reputation in the industry. So far, I've been impressed with their customer service and the overall banking experience. The only minor downside is that the mobile app lacks some advanced features that I've seen in other banking apps. However, I believe that IIB is constantly improving and will address these shortcomings. Overall, I'm happy with my decision to bank with IIB.
