I had a mixed experience with Bright red entertainment ltd. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were quite disappointing. The customer support team was very helpful and responsive, addressing all my concerns promptly. However, I found their website to be a bit clunky and confusing to navigate. Overall, I would rate them as average.
