I had a mixed experience with Cable Harold. While some aspects of their service were great, I found their customer support to be lacking. The technicians who installed my cable were friendly and efficient, and the picture quality is excellent. However, when I had an issue with my bill, it was a struggle to get in touch with a representative who could help me. Overall, I would rate Cable Harold's service as average.
