This company is a disgrace and if I had the choice...

This company is a disgrace and if I had the choice I would NEVER have allowed my mortgage to be given to this company. There 800 number is filled with representatives who lack training and consistency and their email is just as bad. I sent an email with my name, property address and the incredibly difficult time I have had with the representatives over the phone only to receive a response 20 DAYS LATER telling me they could not find my account and asking for my name and property address!!!
Every ounce of trust I had with this company has been completed dismantled!!! The information is always different when I call and its disgusting! I almost lost my house because of a representatives choice to not do her job and provide the information i'm sure her job description requires her to!
I have no words right now and i'm just disgusted that they have done NOTHING to try and make this situation better.
