The worst small business I have ever dealt with. I rented with them many years ago while attending college in Stevens Point and I could write for days all of the reasons why this business is poorly managed and I feel sorry for all the students who have to rent with them. They very poorly maintain their properties, including moldy basements and un-plowed parking areas and their housing is way over-priced for the conditions that they are. I recommend keeping very good documentation on your end because you will need it later on, as they are not honest or organized. I've never come accross anyone who actually felt differently about this business, which is sad. I hope in the future there will be good, honest property managers that come to the area for those students!
