I had the pleasure of staying at Manistee National Golf and Resort recently and I must say it was an average experience. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the overall atmosphere of the resort was lacking. The golf course was well maintained and challenging, but there wasn't much else to do on the resort grounds. If you're simply looking for a place to stay and play golf, this is a great option, but if you're seeking a more well-rounded resort experience, you may want to look elsewhere.
