The services provided by Hydrofire, l.l.c. have been average in my experience. While their products are of decent quality, the customer service can be lacking at times. I have had a few issues with my order and it took longer than expected for them to resolve it. Overall, I would say their service is satisfactory but there is definitely room for improvement.
