One of my favorite spots. I love the coaches and other members and sometimes there are dogs!

CrossFit Lakewood is a great gym. There is a nutritionist and chiropractor on-site. I ve been offered solid advice and helped along with my health/fitness.* (no high pressure/smarmy sales techniques).

This isn t a bro heavy gym and everyone is welcome and there are dogs!
