I've had the pleasure of renting from Bergstad properties inc for the past year and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is always friendly and responsive. Any maintenance issues are quickly addressed. The apartment I rented is well-maintained and the rent is reasonable. I highly recommend Bergstad properties inc.
