The customer service at Owl Optical was satisfactory. I visited their website, owloptical.com, to order a pair of prescription glasses. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The delivery of my glasses was prompt and I received them within a week. However, I found the quality of the glasses to be average. They were not as durable as I expected and started showing signs of wear and tear after a few months of use. Overall, my experience with Owl Optical was just average.
