Testa lighting design, inc. is average. Their website testalighting.com is easy to navigate and has a good selection of lighting fixtures. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but I wasn't blown away either.
