Our experience with Novitiate Robotics and Automation has been average. While their robots have improved our manufacturing process to some extent, we did face some challenges during the implementation phase. The support provided was satisfactory, but there were occasional delays in response times. Overall, Novitiate offers decent automation solutions but could improve in terms of service.
