I recently went to a mall in the area and had a terrible experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the mall was dirty and poorly maintained. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Middlesboro mall management. The mall is clean and well-kept, and the staff is friendly. It's a great place to shop!
