Very good clothes when you can get them!
Last three orders cancelled (over an 18 month period) as goods shown on website for sale were not physically ready for dispatch and were subject to delay. At this stage very polite Nieper staff contact you by phone (at considerable cost to the company I should imagine) to encourage you to wait for an indefinite period or substitute the purchase(s). As in all my potential purchases nobody was able to provide
a definite delivery date the order s were cancelled.
Very disappointing when trying to buy British made goods.

Whist I award one star to the company in general I award zero stars to management who failed to even acknowledge two letters asking for comments let alone providing some explanation for the continuing practise of advertising items for sale on the web site which are not yet made.
