Megapolis Shimmer Sales Team Fraud

I have booked a flat in Megapolis Shimmer project in APR-2024. Sales team promised that they will give discount voucher of Amazon of amount 50k post agreement of flat. I am frustrated now following up with Megapolis team.
1. Megapolis sales team is absconding now, they do not pick my calls nor are they responding to WhatsApp messages. Till Aug 2024 they are giving false promises to me for vouchers they agreed.
Fraud sales team to whom I interacted:
a) Soumitra Bhagwat
b) Pallavi Jagtap
c) Mustafa Bharwal
d) Anil ( This guy calls himself Sales Head)

2. Megalpolis demolished sales office and sample flat which they used to show at time of sales after initial launch, Initial sales team is replaced with new guys. So visiting sales office is resulting in more frustration for me as they say we do not know what was agreed by previous team.
3. Megapolis customer care is for name sake only, they do not care for customers. I had written multiple emails and following with them since last 2 months but till date not even a single response to my complaint. I had given proofs of Sales team false commitments.
4. Sales team is fraud, while in sales discussion they refer project as “Arora Towers”, when I received draft agreement nowhere Arora is mentioned when asked they said “Arora Towers” is marketing name and project name in Shimmer. I should have cancelled by booking at this step.
5. CRM team here do not share receipts on time for payments made, no response to multiple emails. They did not shared proper receipts for my payment for 3 months and finally I have to visit Pune Camp office personally and collected it.
6. I do not know what all fraud things will come in future from Megapolis.

is this a way you treat your customers??
Is this a “58 years of legacy” you claim??
Is this a standard way you as builder follow to fool customers??
Will anyone have time to look after my complaint??

Avoid this project guys. It is full of frauds. I already burned my fingers. Totally frustrating experience for me till now.
