I am a CUSTOMER and I am writing this review to share my experience with P And R Transport Incorporation. Overall, my experience with this company has been average. The delivery of my goods was delayed by a few days, which was frustrating. However, the customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns and providing updates. I appreciate their efforts in resolving the issue. The packaging of the goods was also satisfactory. The only improvement I would suggest is better tracking and faster delivery.
