I recently used DonTruck for my move and overall the experience was satisfactory. The movers arrived on time and handled my belongings with care. However, there were a few minor issues that could have been avoided. The communication could have been better as I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my move. Additionally, one of my boxes was slightly damaged during the transportation process. Overall, DonTruck provided an average service.
