I have been a customer of Jo Ann Walk State Farm Insurance Agent for several years now and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they have been responsive to my needs and have provided the basic insurance coverage that I require, I have not been overly impressed with their level of expertise or attention to detail. There have been a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to a claim, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would say they are decent but there is definitely room for improvement.
