I recently switched to the services provided by the utility company SWB Energie und Wasser and I have found their service to be reliable and efficient. The rates are competitive and the customer support team is responsive. However, on a few occasions, I have experienced temporary disruptions in water supply without any prior notice. Apart from that, I am satisfied with their service.
