My experience with Yahnis company the was not what I expected. Although their website yahnis.com was user-friendly, the customer service was below par. They were slow to respond and not very helpful. Moreover, the product I received had some defects. However, they handled the return and refund process smoothly. Overall, it was a mixed experience with room for improvement.
