I've had a mixed experience with Place Tempo. While the website is easy to use and the booking process is efficient, the customer support team was not very helpful when I encountered an issue with my booking. It took a while for them to respond, and even then, the resolution was not satisfactory. Although the overall experience was decent, I expected better customer service from a company like Place Tempo.
